Unit is brand new The 2025 Kawasaki KLX230R S (often referred to as the RS) is a trail-focused, beginner-friendly dirt bike that brings a series of significant updates to ergonomics, engine smoothness, and overall rider comfort. Key 2025 Updates Engine Smoothness: The 233cc air-cooled single-cylinder engine now features a single-axis primary balancer. This drastically reduces vibrations across the RPM range compared to previous generations. Low-End Torque: A reworked cylinder head (with a narrower intake port and smaller valve) and a remapped ECU boost low-to-mid-range torque, making it easier to chug through tight trail obstacles. Revised Cockpit: The ergonomics have been completely shifted to feel roomier, especially when standing. The handlebars are positioned 25mm forward and 13mm higher, while the footpegs are moved 9mm rearward. Convenience & Fuel: It features a larger 2.0-gallon keyed steel fuel tank (up from previous plastic tanks) and a keyed ignition switch.
